• QUALIFICATIONS • • for any tattoo services, you must be 18 years old to book an appointment with me • must not have any transmittable blood related conditions or diseases; Hepatitis or HIV/AIDS • must not be pregnant or nursing • must not have any skin allergies to pigments or makeup products • must not have glaucoma and/or taking blood thinning medications • must not have skin concerns such as eczema, psoriasis, or keloids in the treatment area • must not have active skin cancer • must not have experience with post-inflammatory hyper-pigmentation • must not have undiagnosed rashes or blisters in treatment area • must not be someone who is under or scheduled for radiotherapy or chemotherapy • must not be someone who is epileptic and has experienced a faint spell or seizure • if you are diabetic, please have a doctor's note with medication + controlled diet • if you received botox 3 months before • TERMS & CONDITIONS • PHOTOS & VIDEOS: photos/videos will be taken before & after as required by our insurance & may be posted on my social media platforms such as instagram, facebook, etc. for marketing/advertising purposes. but please let me know if you prefer not to be posted.:)) RESCHEDULING: if you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify me as soon as you can. if you are requesting to reschedule 48 hours prior to your appointment, an additional deposit will be required. please note that if rescheduling is needed, you may have to wait until my next available slot. LATE POLICY: i am extremely understanding when it comes to being late, i have a 15 minute grace period & just need to know in advance if you are running behind schedule. if you are more 20 minutes late there will be an additional $10 fee due to inconveniences.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel, please inform me as soon as possible. Rescheduling is always an option. I do not have a cancellation fee unless you request to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment. This will result in a 50% charge of your service.
